It is possible to keep active, even when you are confined indoors. As most of us are living, working and studying in the same space, it is more important than ever to take active breaks; to move, stretch and make the time to focus on our mental wellbeing.
With this in mind we have created an Activity Padlet for you. The exercises we have shared in this Padlet are easy to do and require no special equipment.
